Return Policy for online orders:
Returns are not accepted UNLESS the product is damaged upon arrival. At this point we will contact the shipping carrier and discuss how to get another product back out to you. Customer service is important to us, so we will do our best to insure you get the product you ordered asap.
NO EXCHANGES are allowed unless item is broken when shipped. The item in question will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
It is up to the buyer to read their candle care card once they receive their candle and to trim the candle wicks and burn their candle according to the candle care card. We will not be held responsible for any candles that are clearly not being maintained properly. Please read instructions. We are also not responsible for any candles or room sprays left unattended by the owner. It is YOUR responsibility to remove them from the height of a child or pet.
Refund Policy for Workshops:
Refund / Cancelation Policy:
All cancelations for a full refund must be made 72 hours in advance. Any cancelations made after 72 hours in advance won't be refunded. We do accept transferring the workshop to another person of your choice, as long as you advise us prior to the event.
To hire us for your own private workshop, we accept groups of a minimum of 10 people, max 20 people per workshop. Send us an email at jaimebougiemtl@gmail.com for package information.
